The Power of Vulnerability – Brene Brown, Sounds True Audio – this is awesome and only available as an audio. 6 hours of a workshop she conducted which Sounds True recorded. Great stories, all her work integrated in a seminar! I got it through my Audible membership

The Book of Joy – Lasting Happiness in a Changing World – The Dalai Lama, Desmond Tutu, Douglas Abrams. Really impactful. The last part of the book contains daily rituals – their personal tools for living a joyful life

Designing your Life Bill Burnett and Dave Evans, two Stanford Professors share how to build a joyful, well lived life based on their Stanford class. This is terrific for anyone, not just a recent college graduate.

The Mind Body Code - Mario Martinez

I learned about this book from Elizabeth Gilbert at a workshop she and Cheryl Strayed led. Awesome tools to open the 5 portals which hold our limiting beliefs.
